How refunds and cancellations are handled for AtlasIptv subscriptions.
Before purchase
Every plan's exact duration, price and features are shown before you order, on the subscription page and again at checkout.
Free trial
Where a free trial plan is offered, no payment is taken for it, so no refund applies.
Withdrawal / cancellation
Because activation grants immediate access to streaming content, a paid subscription cannot be withdrawn once it has been activated, in line with applicable digital-content rules. If a payment was taken but the subscription was never activated, contact us for a full refund.
Service issues
If your subscription does not work as described, use the order tracking page or the contact form on the homepage to report the issue with your order number. We will troubleshoot the problem and, where the service was not delivered as paid for, issue a refund.
Payment failures
If a payment fails or is not confirmed by our payment provider, no charge is kept and no refund is needed since no successful payment occurred.
